Hey, my name is Tine and I am happy to be your holistic health coach.
I am a certified health coach & yoga trainer and due to my holistic approach to health and wellness my coaching sessions focus not only on food related health issues, but also on other areas of life like sleep, stress prevention, physical activity and emotions.
If you are feeling stressed with low energy levels, suffer from digestion problems or sleep deprivation or any other health related issues, I am more than happy to help and support you improving your health in the long run.
My holistic health coaching sessions don’t follow a strict agenda, because one person is not like the other. Everyone is an individual, that is why one person needs more support in the field of nutrition, eg. meal prep ideas or an eating behavior analysis, while another person needs more support in the field of stress management, eg. guided meditation or setting up daily routines.
Nevertheless, I always use a health history form to get to know you on the first session, so that we can develop an individual health plan together for your healthy and happy future.
